AI systems are getting increasingly sophisticated at understanding both the conversational nuances and the underlying purchase intent, but most businesses aren’t optimised for this natural language that people actually use when speaking to their devices.

AI systems cross-reference your information from multiple sources before making recommendations. Inconsistent business names, addresses, phone numbers, or service descriptions across platforms confuse AI systems and reduce your credibility in their algorithms.

The bit that surprises most people is that for years we’ve been told to create copy that speaks directly to the customer – and sells the “tell them about Hawaii, not the plane” – but AI wants to know more about the plane.
