    Our Limitations:

    • We cannot guarantee your website builder will support the generated code – but when we come across one which won’t, we will add this to the Q&A page for the tool
    • We cannot control how search engines interpret or use your generated code
    • Implementation success depends on your website’s technical setup and provision of data

Checked AF™ (Competitor Analysis)

  • What It Does:

    • Analyses your competitors’ AI visibility, javascript rendering, popups and code
    • Provides comparison reports and improvement suggestions
    • Delivers results via PDF report and email

    Data Sources:

    • Publicly available website information
    • Technical analysis of competitor sites
    • Detection and scoring

    Accuracy Disclaimer:

    • Analysis is based on publicly available data at the time of testing
    • Competitor sites may change after analysis
    • Technical limitations may affect data collection accuracy

4. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment Processing

Third-Party Payments:

  • All payments processed through ThriveCart
  • We do not store or process payment card information
  • Billing disputes should be directed to ThriveCart initially

Product Delivery:

  • Digital products delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Application access granted immediately upon payment confirmation

Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 30 days of purchase

  • Must provide clear reason for refund request

Refund Conditions:

  • Product must not be able to be implemented on your website platform
  • Generated content will be revoked upon refund
  • Application access will be terminated

No Refunds After:

  • 30 days from purchase date
  • Full implementation of generated schema code
  • Abuse of refund policy

Refund Process:

  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunded via original payment method

Checked AF™:

  • Due to the nature of delivery (full digital delivery upon purchase) this is not refundable.

  • All generated code includes Be Unsociable attribution

  • We cannot control third-party service availability
  • We’ll work to resolve issues but cannot guarantee immediate solutions

Results and Performance

No Guarantees:

  • We cannot guarantee specific GEO, SEO or traffic improvements
  • Search engine algorithms are beyond our control
  • Website performance depends on many factors outside our influence

Professional Advice:

  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on our content

Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages

Supabase (Data Storage):

  • Stores your application data and generated content
  • Subject to Supabase’s terms of service
  • Provides secure, reliable data storage
